The Inside Story
It runs on a solid 400V supply, because commercial ovens don’t have time for weak links. The power output is concentrated and matches what your oven demands. The 300mm tube length gives you a clean, precise heat footprint. You can target specific zones without heating empty air. It’s direct-radiant, so the energy goes straight to the target surface. That means shorter preheat times and a lower energy draw overall. The physics are simple. Shorter wave energy hits the product surface and drives the internal temperature up faster than convection or conduction ever could.
Built to Last
Inside, you’ve got a quartz tube with a halogen element. We chose it because it heats up fast and stays stable, even when the oven is cycling through heat and cool-down after heat and cool-down. The coating on the tube keeps emissivity steady and shields the element from the brutal conditions inside a bakery oven. And the R7s connector? It’s the industry standard for a reason. Installation is a drop-in job. No custom mounting hardware. No rewiring nightmares. You just wire it, align it, and it holds up under continuous use.
What It Feels Like to Use
