We make sure the IR waves actually sink deep into the PET to soften it, rather than just scorching the surface. One quick tip:**Check your cooling fans.**These bulbs put out a massive amount of heat. If your airflow is clogged with dust or grime, the ends of the lamp will overheat and pop. Keep them clean, and the bulbs will last. The little things that matter We stick to standard industrial connectors like R7s and Sk15. Why? Because a loose connection causes arcing, and arcing kills bulbs. Simple as that. We also make sure the fit in the reflector is snug. For the Sidel crowd, we match the original OEM focal points. This means the heat hits the preform exactly where it’s supposed to.
