Power, Voltage, and Output—Kept Simple
The heart of this heater is the halogen infrared tube, designed to deliver serious, focused heat. We set it up to run on standard voltage, so it plugs right into what you already have. And the wattage? It’s chosen to give you a lot of heat from a small package. The tube length actually shapes the heat pattern. Shorter tubes give you a tight beam—perfect for warming one workstation. Longer tubes spread it out for a wider area. Because the heat goes directly to the target, you’re not wasting energy heating empty air.
Materials and Design—Built to Last
The heating element sits inside a quartz envelope, not regular glass. Quartz can handle the brutal shock of heating up and cooling down fast, without cracking. Inside, the halogen cycle does the heavy lifting. It pulls evaporated tungsten back onto the filament, which keeps the tube clear and the output steady over time. That means longer life and consistent performance. We chose an R7s connector because it’s practical. It’s a double-ended linear fit that makes wiring straightforward, and it stays solid even when the environment is shaking and vibrating.

In a workshop or warehouse, this heater solves a simple problem: warm the spot that needs it, without heating the entire building. With focused heat, you can keep the overall building temperature lower and still have people feeling good—and working better. But here’s the trade-off: the tube surface gets extremely hot. That means you need proper clearance from anything flammable, and a mounting bracket that won’t sag under the weight. We built this to be tough and dependable, but high-density heat is serious—respect it, and it will respect your workspace.
